He was not a Community Organizer, and there is nothing in this so-called article that even comes close to establishing the accusation. They do attempt to back the accusation with this:

Jesus, if we conservatives are getting it THIS wrong, and making THIS LEVEL of baseless charges about someone I know a little about, it makes me question how wrong we may have been about other accusations and topics.

Obviously you did not watch the video where he says it. Just go to the 4 minute mark, and start listening. He says it right at 4 mins and 20 seconds. Yes he did use the spicific words “Community Organizer”.
