‘McFarland, 47, has not been charged with any wrongdoing. Knowingly spreading a sexually transmitted disease is a misdemeanor in Alabama punishable by up to a year in jail.’
They must have left out the word ‘fatal’ before sexually transmitted disease. They also mistakenly referred to a misdemeanor when they must have meant capital crime.

He is only 47 but has been pastor for 24 years? Right there is an indicator of how his arrogance must have been built up.
Deliberately endangering other people by infecting them with AIDS-—damn just how low can you go?
