Actually it is easy. The airport of origination becomes the identifier. A passport and visa is required to travel. Why has nobody brought that up yet? Somebody issued this guy a visa to enter the United States.

When I travel internationally, I am required to have a visa for entry. It's usually a single entry stamp. Japan gave me a five year unlimited commercial entry visa. That was only after a year of multiple in's and out's.

I had a room mate from Luxembourg. We flew from Ft. Pierce Florida to West End, Bahamas for a weekend of fun. When I landed in Fort Pierce returning they refused him entry. His visa was only good for one entry to the US. We didn't realize. His consulate in New York had to come down and get him out of a holding area. It took three days.

” Why has nobody brought that up yet?”

O’Reilly did, either last week or earlier this week.
