This reminds me of when I was in the Army, where the joke was that if you had a problem you could get your TS (Tough S**t) card punched, and after 5 punches you could go cry to the Chaplain.

I guess in this situation if you come down with Obola you get a punch in your TS card; and if it kills you, the Chaplain will put an attaboy sticker on your body bag...or some crap along those lines.
