Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen Remember all those poor "boat people" we took in from Vietnam? There ya go! Judge Nguyen's father was a major in the South Vietnamese Army who worked closely with the US military and the CIA. He escaped South Vietnam with his family in 1975. Presumably the alternative was choosing to stay behind and being executed by the Communists. I take it you're on the side of the Communists on this one?
