Smallpox in North America was by some accounts more deadly than the Black Death in Europe. It literally wiped out a majority of the population in some areas. Somehow I don’t think that Ebola will do the same in a nation where medicine is slightly more advanced than Voodoo rituals. It will never match the thousands that die from flu every year.
