It is possible for two straight people to share an apartment or house to reduce expenses.Assuming leads to mistakes.

That’s cool. Do you have legislation that prevents municipalities (Philly comes to mind) from making ordinances contrary to state 2nd amendment laws like Florida does?

Obviously I didn’t have time to read the article, hence the I wonder part of my post, and the speculation about how they stood was an informed guess, based on the D, again, like I stated in my post, if you had taken the time to read it. Thanks for the info and the snark.

Yes.
The right of the citizens to bear arms in defence of themselves and the State shall not be questioned. (Art. 1, §21)
Preemption clause:
§6120. Limitation on the Regulation of Firearms and Ammunition.
(a) General rule. No county, municipality or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammunition components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this commonwealth.
Philly is a hard case, but there is a good consistent effort to overturn Philly's strict (unconstitutional) gun control.

Thanks that’s terrific news and I appreciate the informed response. I was stationed at the shipyard in Philly in ‘87-’88, and was blown away by the city wage tax, the car insurance rates, the sloth and inefficiency of most (not all) the shipyard union workers, and the way they parked 2 and 3 cars deep (parallel!) on Broad street. Big culture shock for this simple Florida boy. I did love South street though, cheese steaks, stromboli, and cheap draft.
