There are way too many conservatives expressing dissatisfaction with the GOP candidates running next month and in the possible lineup in 2016. They say before they vote for a RINO, they’d rather stay home.

The GOPe rejected Conservatives, called us “racists” and said they don’t want our support.

Sucks to be them!

The GOPe has said they want to crush and destroy conservatives.
And they agree with everything the Dems put forth.
They continually funded everything Obama put out there.
They continually abet and aid Obama.
How will voting in more RINOs change that?
Especially with those RINOs continually stating they will ‘reach across the aisle’?

Funny how the other side doesn’t get this lecture. The Republican left should hold their noses, and vote for conservatives. But instead, the reason conservatives like Cruz don’t get past presidential primaries is because the Republican left ridicules and destroys them. Conservatives are then left with one choice, Fight back by not voting for the Republican left.

I compromised my principles and dignity, and voted for McCain and Romney, the former being someone I detest. Both were afraid to run against a black man and their leftist friends in the media and Democratic Party. So what was the point. The Republican left has proven it doesn’t have the heart to run against leftist symbols like Obama and Hillary.

The Democrats aren’t going to change their pattern of symbolism over substance. They don’t have any substance, and from what I can see, the Republican left doesn’t either, or they would nominate a candidate who would fight Democrats as hard or harder than they fight their conservative base.

Why? Obama care is settled law,Obama has the right to have his judicial nominees and attorney general picks, the expansion of social spending while they gut the military, and of course reaching across the aisle to finally accomplish common sense immigration “reform”.
There are no plans to eliminate cabinet departments, federal agencies or cut any spending.Nothing on restoring defense spending, impeaching overreaching federal judges or eliminating their benches as congress has the right to do.There is no effort to launch any amendments ending so called birth right citizenship and over turning the supreme courts illegal aliens right to education and benefits.
What they offer is purging all conservatives from any position leadership so they can sit down with their good friends the democrats and be part of the process of “getting things done in Washington”.
I didn’t leave the Republican party they left me. They want my vote and my money but tell me that by being the big tent socialist party that ignores social issues we can be the majority party and my leaders can be players in Washington and That is what’s important!

Because a RINO with proper conservative outrage, can be made to vote conservative— them being worried about their own sorry “optics”. Vote, FReepers and NOT for libertarians either— don’t waste it. There is no “recovery” from permanent totalitarian bureaucracy run by “empowered” liberals.

Oh yeah, go vote for Grimes. What idiocy. A non-vote is a vote. No decision is a decision. The Puritans became the progressives. Coal is a US commodity.

I don’t owe my vote to anyone and no one has a right to demand it, including FReepers

Liberal republicans have made it clear that they will not listen to even conservative outrage.
Case in point: Thad Cochran.

No. I’ve grown tired of voting AGAINST. You want me to go to the polls, give me someone to vote FOR. RINOs aren’t going to get my butt off the recliner. . .

“A non-vote is a vote”

So 0 = 1?

but this year is critical.

EVERY year is critical. Go back to 2000 and look at some of the posts here on FR. Just as critical then as it is now.

RINOS & GOPe can be thrown out of the party later!!!

Um, no. We need to keep them out to begin with. You might as well just vote Democrat this year!

There is no “recovery” from permanent totalitarian bureaucracy run by “empowered” liberals.

It would be more accurate to say "There is no “recovery” from permanent totalitarian bureaucracy run by “empowered” elitists" of either party.

I ALWAYS show up to vote.

There’s usually some bond issue or local tax or some such crap to vote against.

That doesn’t mean I’ll vote for Joe Terd (R), just because he has an (R) after his name.

The line can be left blank. If they put “None of the Above” as an option, I’d choose it frequently.

In my opinion -
When there are more Dems than Rep, the Rep think they need to be more like the Dems, so they become Rino.
If there are more Rep in Congress, the Rep won’t feel that they have to be ‘more like the Dems’, AND, the increasing ranks of conservatives and those who finally realize the liberal Dems’ flaws, will be able to better control/influence the Rep and demand conservative measures.

Vote in the Republicans and then influence and control them!
Hold your nose and get them in.
Letting the Dems/socialists stay in control is no way to fight the war....

Not what happens.
We have RINOs in office that do everything they can to derail anything rolling back government power.
And they focus on ‘reaching across the aisle’ to the point of acting like sockpuppets for the DNC.
One can almost see the hands up their backsides moving their mouths.

The methods by which “pressure” is applied is in the context of existing fellow lib dems providing “cover” for the RINOs. In a changed environment, the RINO is left standing in an open field of fire. Do you GET this.

I hate RINOs but can guarantee you, Hitlery is more easily next to complete the task of destroying this Constitutional Republic.

It is not a time for lazy conservatives. It is time for strategic, activist conservatives. VOTE out the dems at a minimum. And then, don’t just sit down to let the RINOs line their nests and pockets.
