This will continue to happen until the Shias get up off their asses, screw up their courage, and defeat ISIS. I read that when this all went down in the summer, the Iraqi army outnumbered ISIS 10:1 and STILL ran away.
I think it was even posted in these forums, the Shia’s have also had reprisal attacks.
They are duking it out in Yemen too apparently.
