If “we are always looking for ideas” is your only complaint, then I disagree. In the private sector, management should always be looking for new ideas from every level of the operation as well as the consumer. Government should be no different.
We’re not paid lavishly to figure this stuff out. The average American isn’t trained or educated in virology. We have our own worries.
