The GOP should be walking away with a midterm sweep. But they’ll lucky to win at all.

Why is that?

Because the GOP of 2014 has done what Ronald Reagan warned them not to do in 1984......They have abandoned the Conservative Message.

The republicans have had the house and the power of the purse for 4 years now,how much have they defunded the Obama agenda? How hard have they fought the anti constitutional theft of freedom? Other than Ted Cruz who has actually stood up and fought for conservative principles? But if we don’t come out and vote Obama wins according to some here who urge us to support the republicans. If Boehner won’t even fight Obama wins anyway. Democrat house, republican house same result the only thing that changes is the republican leadership is excluded from the process of “getting things done in Washington” so they don’t get any bennies. That’s not going to motivate me to vote or send money.

I’m not that confident. We have two nothing burgers running agains’t each other in Georgia. The GOP nothing burger is running a more lackluster campaign than the Dem nothing burger. Thank God for the Libertarian candidate who will hopefully siphon off enough votes to keep Michelle Nunn under 50% and force a runoff. Even David Perdue will likely be able to drag himself over the finish line in a runoff.

The GOP will win because of the anti-Obama wave, not because of any love for them

Likely scenario, win the Senate in a squeaker. Softy pubs in the Senate do nothing. Obama and other dems blame all the problems of the country on the do nothing republicans and then they win white house, and both legislative houses in 2016.

Good scenario, people wake up for a few years and we get some sanity back.

Best scenario, ebola mutates to kill only lawyers and sweeps across the country. By the year 2020, tax law fits on the back of the single tax form which is a mail in postcard. Due to the massive die off of lawyers, the cost of everything goes down by 20% and small businesses take off like wild fire.

And if they win the seats, to what purpose?

Oh, thats right, that will be the day the oceans recede and the climate stills.
