No, he does not really believe that, but he thinks we are stupid enough to believe it.
And I suppose there are enough LIVs who would believe it, but how many of them have time to pay attention to something so dull as a congressional hearing? Following “Dancing With The Stars” and catching up on the latest celebrity couplings is time-consuming, I am sure.
