I'd refuse to go

Training isn't enough. The procedures have to become ingrained, and the person has to have enough experience to recognize when things aren't going as they should. The care workers also have to be ENCOURAGED to speak up.

This is a real bad idea.

Excellent point. If your training does not allow you to respond automatically, almost without thinking, then you really haven't been trained.
