It is close to 21 days since the first Ebola case made it to the US. We should see some unexpected deaths soon if it is more virulent then they suspect.

They are under quarantine and should start dropping dead in a matter of days...

The incubation is up to 21 days and deaths can come a week beyond that. However the people in the apartment that Duncan was in are still alive and well and seemingly not infected. The problem is not patient zero, but patients one through one thousand.
