I'm an award-winning journalist reporting on breaking news for the San Antonio Express-News, one of the largest producers of news in South Texas. Previously, I covered the Texas Legislature for the Express-News and Houston Chronicle and was named one of the top individual media influencers during the 83rd Texas Legislature by Influence Opinions.
I graduated from Texas State University in December 2013, with a degree in journalism and sociology. I'm interested in learning more about data reporting and programming and hand-coded this website.
