Me too. I’m aleays amazed how naive and innocent I really have been. I had no idea this banana might be racist, OR homo-hatist.
I think it is lame to have the banana, it does not make sense here at all.
I seem to recall a news story a while back about a cop who ate a banana in front of some black people, they got offended, and the police department had to apologize and promise never to let it happen again. It probably never occurred to the cop that there was anything racist about a banana. It was the “victims” who read that into it.
