Have you ever used Holland America? I’ve heard good things about them. We just returned from a week in the West Indies on Disney Magic. Us, two grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law...Had a great time on the “re-imagined” Disney Magic. (Their word not mine).
Holland America Buenas Aires to Valparaiso last November. Great time, great cruse. Few children. Very professional captain, crew staff.
RC and Celebrity are nicer lines (Celebrity's food is one notch better than RC) and Carnival is way below all the rest. They're the budget cruise line. You can get last minute cruises on their line for a couple hundred bucks.
Disney, I hear, is at the same level as Celebrity.
