In Michigan our legislature just passed a "Right to try" law that gives patients a right to try unapproved treatments and medicines. However they also have to give up the right to sue.

One must wonder what sort of issues there would be abut equipment designed to test for Ebola - can't be any less accurate that the "experts" running the show.
