I'm pretty sure these are paid agitators, for the most part. And there just aren't enough of them (fortunately) to incite more than one or two places at a time.

There is just too much free stuff to be had by legal means. Its pretty hard to stir up a real outrage when they have 200 channels of cable TV, computers, cell phones, cars, video games etc.
