The first step to solving a problem is to accurately assess the problem.
You know, as well as do the rest of us readers, that you will never be able to solve the problem.
You must first be honest about the situation, and your statement indicates you aren’t willing to do that.
BS. If I agree with a candidate 95% of the time, that is better than a candidate I disagree with 95% of the time. That’s pretty easy for me.
I don’t doubt that you are accurate about your own situation.
But, as you describe things in post #1, you’re not the problem.
Others are, and you are refusing to assess that problem honestly.
