They were cleaning up Duncan's vomit while that lady in sandals was walking by. Someone commented on the condition of toes after a pedicure. i thought that was the topic. Good advice. If using Vitamin C for viral purposes, the most important thing you need to do is create a “Dynamic Flow” of vitamin C pumping into your body. 10-20 grams daily. 100-200 grams for full Ebola type symptoms. For oral use, use ascorbic acid, as it allows this to happen much quicker. Once achieved, then you can mix with ascorbyl palmitate, sodium ascorbate or the mineral ascorbates, assuming you do not have kidney disease.

What if it gets in a heating or airconditioning system?

The threat I see that could run amuck is if they find someone dead from Ebola in an urban area or a tourist destination. They probably won't be able to track everywhere that person has been. Or what happens if they find out that person was at an NBA game or a large indoor concert (etc)?

I bought my winter supplies already this year. No harm in having enough stuff to last for over a month, if necessary.
