My brother is a veterinarian and I seem to remember years ago, a conversation about vets were given a rabies vaccine. Is that true?
Veterinarians practicing in Rabies endemic areas should be vaccinated against rabies as a precaution. I have had to go through the post exposure treatments twice after having been exposed. I have an extremely high titer against rabies.
