Democrats have an issue with Voter ID because it makes it tougher for their minions to commit voter fraud..guess they won’t be allowed to vote 20 times for their messiah anymore..The left won’t admit the REAL reason they are against voter fraud..instead they bring up race..HELLO, ever been to Best Buy, you can’t use a credit card in that store unless you show ID..guess that’s racist. I should have used that excuse when I went to Kmart a few weeks ago, had to show my ID there too, should have refused based on racism

“Now we just have to all observe our RAT districts in our free time over the next three weeks to see if poll workers are checking for IDs.”

I think that they need to actually enter the IDs into the system in order to allow said person to vote. I knew that they barely looked at my driver license last time, they just swiped it, which is fine, for it means that if I try using that license again, maybe in another part of town, I’m out of luck.

It will be interesting to see if fraud ATTEMPTS start to pop up now that we have a way to identify it (such as the driver license example).

“Last Mexican election, one of the Spanish-language channels showed the process. To vote, the citizen had to show the gov’t issued ID. It was matched against the registered-voters list, which also had the person’s photo. After voting, I believe the voter’s thumb was marked with ink. Somehow, the Mexicans in Mexico are able to get photo ID. For Mexican-Americans (as well as Blacks, the poor, other minorities) it is an insurmountable burden to get a photo ID.”

Have a look at what is on a Mexican voter identification card. A friend showed me his. This is what I remember:

1) Picture, name, address, usual stuff
2) Thumb print
3) Magnetic Strip
4) Signature
5) Hologram

Just like the orders forcing citizens to celebrate sodomy. But I don't see the NY SLIMES whining about those rulings.

Nueces County sheriff: ‘Strong leads’ on Judge Greenwell’s suicide motive

Remember how we could never figure out heads or tails on that Corpus Christi Judge killing himself in his chambers for no reason? Eva Longoria’s aunt was involved, somehow.

There are other threads about it.

Crooked poll workers in “urban” areas are still the greatest problem. In some precincts, they have a proud multi-generation tradition going. They even register fake republicans, to check off the box for both parties. Then they go in the back room and have ballot stuffing parties. That’s why the closest urban precincts often come in last. They are waiting to be told how many votes they need. They believe they are doing God’s work, “fixing” the wrong election results, striving for Social Justice.

You nailed it. The reason urban votings precincts come in late is they don't know how many votes to "create" until late in the day after most other precincts have reports their results. This is also why certain precincts have 105% turnout with 99% of the votes going Democrat.

They say that the Texas law that was just upheld by SCOTUS allows a passport as an ID.That’s certainly a start...at least it shows you’re a US citizen. But it doesn’t show where you live.*I* have a US passport and don’t live within 2,000 miles of the Texas border...but it looks like I could vote there if I tried.

But it doesn’t show where you live.*

Correct but when you registered to vote you provided that info to the voter registrar.
The Passport is only a picture ID. Also note that the Texas ID law wasn’t upheld by SCOTUS
but rather the ban against using it issue by the judge was stayed.

True enough. But with a common name one could easily vote several times in different precincts or towns.I think in most states voter rolls are open to the public...just check them out and show up at the polling place early.Yes,there could be risks but.....

This was a last ditch effort by the Progressive slugs. We’ve required ID for the last primary and local elections. The state had travelling teams go to sites without DMVs over the last couple years to provide the free IDs. The number issued was extremely low.

Why? Because Auto Title Loans, Payday Loans, etc. all require picture ID and not do it yourself type. Procedures are in place for the rare occurrence where birth certificates, etc. are not available to ensure issue of the ID.
