Just a little "farce" to arouse females to the polls....them equal rights ya know. Give her an apology, a medal and let her peel potatoes....just like the boys did during the war.
I agree. Women should not be there. The US is supposed to respect religious values.
Then there's the practical PR issue. This will offend many Muslims globally and cause them to be more sympathetic to the detainees and their religious wars.
Falls into the category of "What's the Point"?
If it is unimportant that Christians are upset over being compelled to take part in gay weddings, then it is equally unimportant that Muslims are upset over being guarded by women.
In short: "F***'em".
