I’ve been saying that a no bill would be the October Surprise to churn up the Black votes the Dems need in critical Senate elections.
However, with this information dribbling out there’s now a preemptive counter to any knee-jerk reaction against the no bill by the general public. If there’s an existing perception that the cop is innocent, there’ll be a political backlash by non-Blacks to any violence or political exploitation by the Black community and leadership.

I think there's already political backlash by non-Blacks. I haven't seen anyone who used to say, "Black people can't be racist" come right out and admit, "Okay, I was wrong," but I'm pretty sure some of them have figured it out, even if they won't admit it. Whether this realization will stick over time, I dunno.
When black people are fine with being filmed while screaming racial epitaphs and spitting on cops, they're essentially undercutting the whole "white cops racist/black people terrified of them" meme. If they truly believed the cops were evil and corrupt and could frame them at any time, they wouldn't be giving them so much ammunition. They are acting like people who know they can get away with it.
THE PLAN is to 'leak' the Grand Jury decision before the elections (already done) and then have the official announcement AFTER the elections so that the resulting riots will be blamed on the NEW OFFICEHOLDERS ( you know, those nasty republicans).
