I gave it up for Lent, one year. Heh.
Oh, and another thing...
What do you eat your chili on?
...or do you just eat it by itself?
I was raised eating it over a good heaping helping of boiled white rice.
But lately folks seem to like it spooned onto a handful of fritos.
And then...
do you sprinkle some grated cheese and diced onions on top?
...or not?
Oh, trust me, I could go on and on about it.
But the bottom line is “it’s all good” and I will eat all of it.
