Of that is absolutely part of it. But ultimately they do it anyway. They are willing to take that option and it still comes doen to ‘want’. they look at the lesser evil (snicker) and say “I would rather be whipped than run over.” So they want the whip.

Semantics? I really don’t think that’s the case. Just using reductionism, the bottom line is people do things they want to do and fight like banshees to avoid things they do not. In all things. It is wholly impossible to call what these people do ‘fighting it’ when A FULL TWO YEARS from an election they are not only trying to convince themselves, but others as well, that they will vote RINO again ‘no matter what’. Paving the road for a smoother ride isn’t fighting. It’s contributing.

Ergo, they want to.

It's a pathological level of defeatism. I'm talking a bent and truly twisted state of mind.

A FULL TWO YEARS from an election they are not only trying to convince themselves, but others as well, that they will vote RINO again ‘no matter what’. Paving the road for a smoother ride isn’t fighting. It’s contributing.

Having compromised their personal integrity too many times to redeem themselves, they're now hell bent on assuaging their guilt by bullying others to commit the same reprobate behavior.

It's part of the mental pathology I mentioned before. They simply must prove themselves right, or be forced to confront the fact that they erred in the most egregious way -- which is something too horrible for them to contemplate.

Calls from such people for us 'purists' to abandon our principles and do the politically expedient thing, can sound persuasive and somewhat logical on the surface, but beneath the thin veneer of their arguments stands the ugly truth: Voting RINO only begets more RINOism, which ultimately results in Communism.

It's a ratchet. It only goes one way.
