I have been taking 3,000 mg of vitamin C a day for the past year and a half. Haven’t had a cold or the flu in all that time. Before then I would usually get one or the other or both once a year.

But I know vitamin c isn’t going to stop Ebola.

Cannot hurt as long as you dp not have kidney disease. And even that is questionable. You made a fantastic decision. Happy that it is working for you. FYI. At 3000mg daily you are, most likely benefitting from increased glutathione levels, as well.

Many good practitioners and researchers believe vitamin C should be part of the treatment. Their experience should not be discounted.

I wonder. If many grams were given intravenously it would be interesting to see if it resulted in any benefits. I'd bet some of the few doctors who do use massive doses would believe that vitamin C could help. - And I think it is pretty certain that it would cause no harm.

But no one will try it as things are now.
