They didn’t test him for Ebola until he became symptomatic and reported it today.
Prior to that, he was self-monitoring simply because he had been in the hot zone, which means taking his temp.
Was he told to stay in his apartment and not venture outside? We don’t know. If he was asymptomatic and following protocol, it’s wrong to blame the victim.
Like I keep saying, this administration is irresponsible using the honor system to contain a virus with a fatality rate over 50%.

If this is true what is also true is the CDC and NYC health authorities do not have a clue about proper protocol concerning Obola. This behavior is criminal. It’s also karmic in light of DeBlasio’s statements of how NYC is prepared.
