Since when does Obola FedGov delegate ANYTHING to the states? They’ve prevented states from tending their own borders and interfered with their election law.

2. Incarcerate them for 21 days
3 Deport them back to where they came from...

Screening has already begun at New York’s JFK International Airport, Washington Dulles, and airports in Atlanta, Chicago, and Newark, N.J., to catch any travelers from West African nations who may have Ebola when they arrive in the U.S. And now a second passenger has traveled from West Africa to the US, infected with ebola, and the screening did not catch them. The fact that the screening, due to the incubation period, will never catch more than a fraction of those infected makes no impression on these lugheads. They continue to endanger Americans with their idiotic policies.
