I hate to speak ill of the dead, but Duncan KNEW he’d been in close contact with someone who had Ebola, and yet chose to keep that information to himself. Had he disclosed that to the nurse or doctor, maybe his outcome would have been different. (I know, he told the nurse he’d been in Liberia and that information didn’t get passed on. But if he’d said the magic “Ebola” word, I think they would have started jumping through hoops right away.)

I hate to speak ill of the dead...

Same here but not in this case. As far as I'm concerned, this Thomas Eric Duncan character was an agent of satan and hussein, but I repeat myself. I am not typically a cruel person but I sincerely hope that Duncan's final hours were spent in extreme agony, puking out his guts, swimming in his own excrement and being totally aware of his pain and the pain he caused to the medical people at Presby trying to save this utterly worthless chunk of human garbage.

And as for his "family", I've had my say earlier in this thread.
