“He shouldn’t have BEEN ALLOWED TO come back before putting himself in a 3wk quarantine in Africa”
But then why should he...where would you want to be if you have a chance of having Ebola?
Agree that especially healthcare volunteers should not be allowed to leave without appropriate quarantine. When he became symptomatic, he would’ve been brought back in a contained fashion for treatment at a specialized facility as other US citizens have been.
