Honestly, it’s quickly becoming a moot point since he’s leaving anyway but if the majority of Democrats in the Senate were at all intellectually honest, Holder would have been impeached long ago. While the AG has some discretion in enforcement, it is his job to be the chief law enforcement officer in the land; not willy nilly blatantly ignore laws and apply them only when able to ruin or harass opponents.
