So, if I-594 passes, would the kid (who couldn't deal with rejection/everybody DOESN'T get a trophy syndrome) have been in trouble for not doing a "transfer" BGC? There isn’t even a serious discussion about how he obtained the .40 cal. pistol-just more hysteria about more gun regulation. It’s really got nothing to do with guns laws and public safety and more about liberals punishing those who don’t agree with them.
