None of that proves he is pro-amnesty. Being a sanctuary city is a function of city government which Perry has no control of. Again, you can provide no pro amnesty quotes from Perry. All you are claiming is that in your opinion the things you mentioned must add up to a pro amnesty position. Again, you cannot provide proof of what you say only that you interpret those things a pro amnesty position.
