My position has been discussed to death here and elsewhere. If you choose to believe otherwise, it’s not my problem. I see no need to rediscuss what we have discussed for years here.
Nor do I care if Rick says anything. His actions show his position. He’s pro Amnesty. Call me ‘heartless’.
I am not calling you heartless, I’ve called you nothing. I am simply making the point, and it is obvious that you have no proof in the form of quotes actually attributed to Rick Perry that would prove him to be pro-amnesty. It is sad that you cannot back up your, what truly seem now to be pitiful accusations based upon nothing more than you wanting to believe the worst about Perry because you have some differences with him. I will say this though, debating with you is exactly like debating with a progressive - (and please note I did not accuse you of being a progressive, I would not insult you like that) - the belief seeming to be that providing proof for your position is somehow beneath you. That’s fine I was not trying to persuade you, I was trying to learn. And I did learn, about Norm Lenhart who’s not running for President; unfortunately I did not learn anything new about Rick Perry, who is probably running for President, which was my goal. Thanks for helping.
Just as an FYI, so you know where I’m coming from, I will not be supporting Perry in the 2016 primary if he runs. I will be supporting Cruz, unless Palin decides to run. Of course if by some crazy set of circumstances Perry is the R nominee I will be more than happy to vote for him versus any D that he would run against.
