The SBS is the Special Boat Service, which is a UK tier 1 special operations unit that is directly equivalent to the USN's DEVGRU (Seal Team Six), while the SAS can be best compared to Delta. Unlike the SAS, the SBS has not managed to get the same level of public awareness, which is something that the SBS operators are ok with (secrecy is good), but it does gall them that many of their (known) missions are published as SAS meetings.

On the US side it is the opposite, with Delta (an SAS analogue) missions largely being kept secret (although failures, like Eagle Claw, are well known even when it was not their fault), while Devgru (a SBS analogue) generally gets a lot of press ...particularly after Operation Neptune Spear.
