Sounds like a Chick Fil-A style counterprotest is in order.
If the undocumenteds announce that they’ll show up at Illegal Pete’s intent on disrupting business, a huge number of counterdemonstrators should arrive & peacefully overwhelm the protest while spending oodles of money ordering I.P.’s food.

I can’t believe the name flourished in uber-sensitive Boulder yet can’t survive in Ft. Collins.

I would guess the “protests” would last less than a week and have zero negative impact.
