Exactly. In Florida when you call a state agency the party answering the phone 99.9 percent of the time will be young, female, and either a black or a hispanic. NJ has the same affirmative-action government hiring; reparations to provide a false middle class living for non-whites and women. Unfortunately, the money ran out (due in part I’m sure to glaring inefficiency) and now the shrinking government can’t keep them all on the payroll. They can’t compete in the private sector, so they’re screwed.
