I wonder how many pairs of work boots, gloves or books were looted?
My guess is NONE.
If the stores restock them, they are there for the taking. Loot, restock, loot that can and will continue as long as the stores stay there. And when the looters exhaust that excuse, they will find another.
Fortunately, it is the holiday season, so there will be more store clerks on hand to help out with this...
