She certainly shouldn’t do this but the ages are 22/17. Charged as first degree sexual abuse of a minor.
The whole thing is asinine! The student is/was old enough to know better.He should have been charged as well.As for a lawsuit ,it should have been thrown out of court with a warning to the filers .
