The democrats did that with the border fence.
But for some reason, John "Lush Life" Boehner couldn't be bothered to defund Obamacare with a Republican House. He can't even be bothered to file his big theatrical lawsuit against Obama.
I hope the Republicans take the Senate, but I won't be celebrating that night.
