Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Ranking Member of the Senate Budget Committee and senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, sounded the alarm today for those concerned about our borders: Obama is helping open borders billionaires while planning to deny millions of Americans their shot at entering the middle class and a better life.
Sessions posted a statement today in response to the Wall Street Journals October 29 report entitled, Obama May Cut Deportations. The report revealed that President Obama is likely to announce an executive order that grants amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants as soon as one week after election day.
It gets worse.
The report also stated that the Administration may allow illegal immigrants who have already spent a minimum amount of time in the U.S. or have family ties to others living in America.
The Wall Street Journal article pointed out that, Those requirements, depending on how broadly they are drawn, could offer protection to between one million and four million people in the country illegally.
But the bad news doesnt stop there.
ConservativeHQ, Jeff Sessions, Ted Cruz, and other high-profile conservatives have warned that Democrats are selling out working American families to boost Big Business.
Sen. Sessions statement says it all:
The President is expected to benefit businesses that use large numbers of legal immigrants, such as technology companies. Those changes include measures to massively expand the number of foreign workers for IT companiesmeasures aggressively lobbied for by IT giants like Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates. Yet we have more than 11 million Americans with STEM degrees who dont have jobs in these fields. Rutgers professor Hal Salzman documented that two-thirds of all new IT jobs are being filled by foreign workers. From 2000 through today, a period of record legal immigration, all net gains in employment among the working-age have gone entirely to immigrant workers.
And now, in order to help open borders billionaires, President Obama is going to deny millions of Americans their shot at entering the middle class and a better life.
The world has turned upside down. Instead of serving the interests of the American people, the policies of President Obama and every Senate Democrat serve the needs of special interests and global CEOs who fail to understand the duty a nation owes to its own people. But the citizens of this country still hold the power, and through their voice, they can turn the country right-side again.
This should motivate every Republican to get out and vote November 4th. A vote for a Democrat is a vote for Obamas dangerous policies.
I heard Ted Cruz asked if Obama’s action is illegal and how congress could stop it. He said it was, but he didn’t go into how to stop it other than a vague comment about the power of the purse.
I’m afraid that means it will happen in the lame duck session.
Faceboot, never heard of it.
Boycotts aren't just for sissies.
This sort of thing is the whole problem with the GOP these days.
The entire party, is geared toward enriching the 1%, and it screws everyone else.
Except the democrats are so terrible they are not an alternative, even if they were to start to support American employees.
The GOP however is completely out to lunch. GOP support Americans, and support American jobs.
Jeff Sessions bump - the only real leader on Capital Hill
Jeff Sessions has the experience, ideas, positions on the issues, and the gravitas to be president.
I would choose him over Cruz because of experience. He’ll never get the money behind him, though. And he’s never even hinted at being interested.
He’s probably exactly where he needs to be.
A military coup d’état will be the only way to stop it.
Bttt Jeff. Sessions

WOW - liberal elites will benefit and everyday Americans will be hurt... Who woudda thunk it? /s
What will the real unemployment figure be when you add in all the illegals and Americans who have given up looking for full time employment?
” EVERY industry is abusing H1B visas to outsource their IT work to India, and now even Mexico. Those guys will happily do a $50/hr coding job for about $10/hr, with no benefits of any kind provided.
And Obama and Bohener and the rest of the GOP-E all support expanding third world H1B’s to other lines of work, for similar reasons.
You are witnessing the wanton destruction of the middle-class, front and center.”
And the Chamber of Commerce got a bargain. They only had to spend around 100 million to BUY the most powerful politicians.A bargain!
Sessions would be a great president. However he is not flashy enough to attract much attention. He is extremely popular here in Alabama, but we know him. He had no primary opponents and the dims didn’t even bother to run a candidate against him. I’m going to go vote just to vote for him again.
Any monkey can code, but to design a successful system requires an intimate understanding of the users, the culture, the industry, and the goals.
~~~You are witnessing the wanton destruction of the middle-class, front and center~~~
Winner
Really?
Isn’t it OBAMA who is selling “loop-holes” at $20,000 per plate dinners to his super-rich buddies?
And, the last time I checked, OBAMA is a DEMOCRAP.
Yes - every development area I see outsourced - code quality drops immediately.
And it’s no longer just developers - hardware engineers, server admins, business analysts....no IT dicipline is safe from the H1B virus at this point.
I’ve been in the industry 20 years now, and I don’t expect it to exist as a career path for anyone except imported H1B workers path within the next 5 years if Obama, the Dems, and the Chamber servicing GOP-E knee-padders get their way. That includes myself.
does not jibe with this
