True story...
After seeing An American Werewolf in London, I came home and took my Sheltie out for a walk.
Back then, I lived alone after being separated from my first husband.
I lived in a remote log cabin situated near a pond.
While we were out walking, I heard a sound kind of like a sigh..and then it got louder and then, **CRACK!**
I backed up, a tree branch poked me in the back, but at the time, I thought it was a person.
I took off like a shot, man..Carl Lewis couldn’t have caught me!
It was just the ice cracking on the pond.
My sheltie came trotting home looking at me as if to say..”What’??
LOL
ROFL!! I was afraid you were going to say that you had drug the poor little guy home in your haste to get away from the branch. *snicker*
