New york city is a fascist state now, so if they wanted to base this on reality they should have a cop give him a ticket for jaywalking, then get a ticket for smoking in Times square - outside - in the street, then getting a ticket for sitting on a milk crate (yes they actually give tickets for that) then trying to throw out crumpled up paper and missing the trash can and getting a ticket for littering before you can pick it up (yes I got that), then getting a ticket for exiting a taxi into a bike lane that nobody uses (got that) then getting a ticket for “equipment violation” on your car 4 minutes after a truck smashes off your side view mirror (got that), basically any excuse the city can think of to steal your money to support welfare breeding cows and illegals, that is what the fascist city of New york is really like.
I hate to laugh but that list of violations made me laugh.
