Provincials. Most of them, at least. Funny about that. I also found that attitude prevalent in small towns, mid-sized cities and in other countries.

In fact, the entire world is one big Lake Wobegon.

The only person I’ve ever met to admit he wasn’t all that, was a polyglot ophthalmological surgeon with a speciality in retinas, two visiting professorships at two very highly respected medical schools, numerous articles and a fantastically generous and humble person.
