I am not rooting for the collapse of the USA....it is my opinion that at this point collapse is inevitable. So the only thing that remains is how quickly do we get there so we can rebuild from the ashes.

That isn’t what happened.

There were these things called primaries. Guess who decided not to take them seriously? Guess who thought jumping between candidates ever few weeks was a great idea? Guess who split their votes all over the damn place?

Our biggest problem is that we still think that the GOPe are the “stupid party”. They are far more apt at winning than we are, that is for sure.

Fortunately I don’t have that problem since my complaints come with solutions. Its just that cheshire frauds do not like things that do not give immediate nirvana.

Annette Teijeiro is within 1% here in Nevada CD1 (Las Vegas)!! It will all come down to how many Repubs come to the polls on Tuesday.

If you want someone who will shake things up in Nevada and Washington, help Annette Teijeiro in Las Vegas. As many know, I wrote Harry Reid’s only biography and know how corrupt he is (more than you can believe). If Dr. Annette gets in, my Harry Reid research finally gets a platform. This may be the best bang for the buck campaign to help in the nation.

I am working on the Annette Teijeiro Congressional campaign in Nevada (Las Vegas) against left wing Dina Titus. Dear Lord, we should be crushed in a heavily Democrat district, but we are less than half a point behind as we finish early voting.

It will all depend on every last Repub and conservative independent showing up at the end to push over the top. This is crunch time, time to raise the dead and go vote.

This would be a jaw dropping win, so if you know anyone in Las Vegas please give them a call, Facebook, email or tweet.

If Dr. Annette gets in we have a fearless advocate against Harry Reid, and Annette is smart as a tack. We received zero PAC money too, so we are beholden to no one. Think Michelle Bachmann on steroids.

Please call, tweet, Facebook, do whatever. People need to know how winnable this is.

Romney would have been held accountable, even the media would have no problem pointing out problems with his administration, as opposed to kiss his feet like they do for Obama.

Plus, while some of his opinions were not palatable to the Conservative base, at least he knew that something like Obama Care, while legal for a State, was not Constitutional for a Nation. He also gets dinged for opining that he thought homosexuals should be allowed in teh Boy Scouts, but folks ignore that he added that it was for the Boy Scouts to decide - not for the Federal government to insist on. On the other hand, we have an Obama who will use the full force of the Federal government, illegally, to force these issues upon the People. For such a bright set of folks on FR, many have developed tunnel vision and refuse to discern some very important differences in who we end up installing in office and it gave us Obama for a second term (the next two years will probably do at least as much damage as the first 6) and are opening the door for a Hillary if we don't get a palatable candidate. It's enough to make one wonder why they bother voting or carping about things at all.

BTW - thanks for not making past disagreements get in the way of further discussion on other topics - many take things far too personally when one disagrees with them and it does not help the overall goal of FR to push for a solution to the mess we are in.

...the stay at home people plan to just sit behind their computer and shake their fists like they do now.

1. Not staying home; always go to the voting machine and do something or another.

2. Some of those who have been posting in the past 2 days that they're staying home may be sincere, may change their minds and go vote, or may be GOPe operatives that do this on FR every single solitary general election.

Winning, yes. Governing? Eh, not so much.

Obviously you can not read between lines.

LOL. I am laughing at you because of your EPIC FAIL.

You are posting on a conservative website, telling people to vote for progressive Republicans. More LOL at you.

...because we aren’t owed a win just because we are high on ourselves.

By "we", are you meaning FReepers who don't and won't vote straight R until R is meaningful to conservatives once again?

Yes it was what happened. The GOP ran Mitt. We told everyone he would lose. Everyone went bug nuts trying to find a ‘moderate’ out of the alsorans that could stop him as the GOP intended all along. And like clockwork, scared right wingers got behind their RINO.

Rinse/Repeat.

And it was spun as ‘purity’.

Not one of the alsorans was a purist. No one voting for them was a purist. But the GOP set the groundwork for all of it. Period.

There is another face behind Harry, and one more after that, and it keeps going. There will always be democrats to face, the next election will always be key.

Every primary, will always be the wrong time, and there will always be GOPe cheerleaders to tell us to overlook key betrayals, to call anyone who doesn’t toe the party line a purist.

The incremental benefit of one more rino in the senate is not worth much. McTurtle has said more harsh things about the tea party than he has about Harry Reid, the GOPe legislative agenda is immigration reform. It is not worth the long term price of being sold out by a traitor rino.

Your song and dance works much better for presidential races where is it all or nothing.

We (conservatives) are in the majority of the republicans.

If you mean in Congress, the evidence is against you. If you mean in the American TEA movement populace, you may be correct.

Well since you post these flamewar bating articles pretty regularly for some strange reason and duck any questions about your crap, perhaps they will have another opportunity soon.

The problem with a lot if Freepers is that they don’t see the full mechanism as to how politics works. With a Republican POTUS, their is a vastly greater element of criticism for issues of incompetence than someone from the Democratic Party, often because people who are big in the news networks donate to the Democratic Party and Democratic Candidates. Romney would not get away with a great deal of what Obama gets away with. Having criticism really get to someone, especially the POTUS, is important. That’s why I voted for him. I knew that it would be easier to give Romney flack for doing something wrong than it would be for Obama, and te flack would more readily hit the bigger channels, too.

Norm, your a stand up "person". Post the cheshires on this thread. You have explained what you admire. Let's see how much you admire your own self worth.

Go ahead...

I believe Hamilton had the wisdom to understand that enemy was better off in their own camp than in ones own.

Many of us would do well to wake up to that eternal truth and stop playing games with ‘holding feet to the fire’.

Because history shows we never do even when we win.
