...if...

Hey Finney!

If THEY had won...none of this would be happening. ESPECIALLY not ObamaCare, Ebola and the economy. That's a great big "IF".

But they didn't win (thank you very much) SO IT IS HAPPENING!

So you can wear that with pride Obamaboy.

e enemy is corruption in both parties at every level. The leadership of the Republican party has demonstrated no willingness to even begin cleaning up government. They are complicit and only interested in maintaining their privilege.
That is my take. Prove me wrong.

You are probably right. However, what can we do, besides vote?

let's say Romney had won in 2012, and the Republican administration was right now setting up as iron-gripping a national health care "plan" (slavery to government) as ever Obama envisioned. After all, that is what you voted for "against" Obama.

That's just total fantasy, there was never any such plan in the works. They proposed the total opposite.

You confuse intent with action when you vote.

You confuse fact with fiction when you type.

Its funny. Was it just last night I said “I’m not that interesting in politics these days...”

I thought about it after I hit “post”. For a guy who isn’t interested in politics, I spend a lot of time on FR. :)

Your non-vote IS a vote - for the status quo.

Another Common Core Math student? *sigh*

“Are you a commie plant?”

I have to wonder the same thing about many of our GOP candidates.

BUMP TO THE TOP.

But combat boots is right: anyone informed in politics has a DUTY to vote. So VOTE -- but if the Republican is a functional Democrat, VOTE alternate party even if you know the alternate will lose. This is voting FOR a mandate-weakening plurality for whichever liberal wins, the Democrat or the Republican, in the final tally.

You don't get to vote "against."

Not much will change because anything passed by the senate is unlikely to be signed by 0bama. I’ll still be damn glad to see Dingy Harry go.

If you don’t vote, you will be casting a vote for what we have now....pick the one closest to your beliefs

I vote. I said this about 12 times on this thread. The two liars that keep saying that I don’t should be the people you need to ask why.

Vote for CONSERVATIVES. Write in if needed.

Thank you.

People on here, sniping at each other, and we’re supposed to be Conservatives. So, we want to decimate each other? When 0bama and the communists are doing such a job of it nationally?

I have little faith there’s much that can be done to stop what’s coming. Voting for a Republican that can hold it off a little longer, even two years, is what I ask. We’re in the s#itter and we all know it.

There’s no where left to run. We are making the last stand now. Quitcherbitchin.

I ask for a senator and you name the speaker of the house. I should trust your judgement why?

Rooting for the United States to collapse is sedition.

This from a person who presumably voted "against" Obama by voting FOR an agent of tyrannical government in every venue from health care to abortion to homosexual "rights" to environmentalism to gun-grabbing -- YOU CAN LOOK IT UP, Irish, you should check out what you're voting for when you agree to vote "against" --

... if rooting for collapse is sedition, what is voting FOR the government tyrant who imposes that collapse?

Because that's what you voted FOR when you voted "against" Obama.

See #593, if you can. Further evidence of what were dealing with.

Please provide us with an example math problem where you the voter, choosing either 1) not to vote or 2) voting 3rd party, does not give the opposing candidate an advantage.

Write in if needed.

Great - all the conservatives that DO get elected to a minority party position will thank you that day in and day out that get to watch the majority leader, Harry Reid act the fool.

And when you go to tell the conservative legislators that you voted write-in - on principle - they will slap you and the back and tell you thanks - for nothing...
