Then, if that is achieved in 2016, while keeping legislative majorities, the "leaders" will explain that they are being stymied in their heroic efforts by the continued Demonratic stranglehold over the dog catcher's job in eastern Guam but, if we can turn that tragic situation around, maybe we can start on something other than US Chamber of Crony Commerce priorities and rich folks tax cuts by the mid-2020s but don't count on it.
