It will all come out in tomorrows “wash”. Some will win and unfortunately, some will not.

At least the phone calls to my home will stop.

This brings up a good point. Immigration (or opposition to it) is a winning issue regardless of party. If the GOP refuses to grasp this, then at some point in the future Democrats will. If Republican candidates had been in unity on this issue, we would easily be looking at an 11 or 12 seat pickup in the Senate instead of holding out hope for just a 7 seat gain.

Yes!!!! All I hear is Nunn’s commercials, CONSTANTLY. Two, back to back all the time. Every commercial break, on every channel I watch.

She has never once, not even once, stated her position on anything. Only bashing Perdue with skewed comments.

My only beef with Perdue at this moment is that isn’t refuting these ads!

Has he made much hay with the campaigned document the Nunn campaign accidentally made public, talking about how she'd cover up her real views until after the election?

He should be running that ad 24/7.

So she’s not much more qualified than, say, a community organizer?

How does some idiot like this even come close to becoming a US Senator?

Identity Politics..... a female with a GA Political Family Surname. The Dems beat us with Identity Politics, every election cycle, while the GOP takes the “high road”. Uh huh.......

A Democrat could conceivably win by then with just 23 percent of the white vote — about what John Kerry received in 2004.

Consider the ramifications of this statement:

1. In winning, a Democrat candidate can receive only a sliver of support from the dominant majority group.

2. In winning, a Democrat candidate must receive virtually unanimous support from a particular minority.

Isn't this an unhealthy pattern in a democratic society? Does it not mean that the elected representative is automatically NOT representative of his constituents. Does it not theoretically result in the representative essentially being dependent upon and subservient to a minority of his constituents? Is it not, in fact, a denial of "diversity"?

Why do the deep thinkers at the New York Times always manage to overlook this aspect of Democrat electoral strategy (i.e., necessity)?

Quote: “Scott Brown is within a couple of points in NH, and closing.”

The nice thing there is that his popularity in MA will help offset the MA vote, you know, the one that comes over the border and votes twice.

If Republican candidates had been in unity on this issue, we would easily be looking at an 11 or 12 seat pickup in the Senate instead of holding out hope for just a 7 seat gain

The Republicans cater to their large donors who tend to be open borders///cheap labor types like Sheldon Adelson who has been giving tens of millions. Koch Brothers are also for amnesty etc  Similar for other large donors

Definitely being strict on immigration will bring in more votes from white guys and married white women. White guys tend to be sitting out elections recently such as not voting for Mitt Romney due to Democrats forming an image of him being a plutocrat who could care less about the little guys

Democrat strategy is to write off the white guy vote but at the same time to convince them to sit out elections and not vote Republican and conservative. Same as we would be very happy if blacks sat out this election due to the absence of their messiah Obama. This is all we ask. We don't need or expect them to vote Republican

Correct!! Dems specialize in identity politics. As in Georgia women must vote for me (Ms Nunn) because I am a woman.

OR-
Blacks must be loyal and vote for me because I am black....Or in Obamas case just mocha with a Kenyan daddy. So Obama has zero slave blood and zero slave ancestors but acts as though he does and that’s good enuff for American blacks. Pathetic!!!

While Purdue is no hard line conservative (squishy on gun rights for example), Nunn would be an unmitigated disaster in every aspect.

It's hold your nose and vote R time for me (again).
